She claimed that she only took the picture and wondering bout it herself, she send the picture asking if im the one who did this one.... but honestly i've seen it before in Bangsar..... and just like her, i did'nt know who did it! So 'who' is the eye who keep watching without blinking!! With those beautiful eye.... i again fall in love.
Of course with the stencil, not the wall!
BTW: It did remind me of my friend artwork. 'Big Brother is Watching!'

a pair of eye will made it perfect, as we look at human eye as reference. but suggesting this fella to put another eye to make it 'complete' would change the "story". s/he put only one eye and it look very sad.... every picture or artwork has it story.... and this very work you all see eye to eye is his/her story..... just beautiful rite!!!
